Delivery and Returns Policy
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. Once the package has been dispatched through a shipping carrier like USPS, UPS, FedEx, we absolve ourselves of any further responsibility for your package, unless you receive a faulty product. We urge you to inspect your package within the first 48 hours of delivery. This is to confirm receipt of all your ordered items and to verify the absence of any defective product.
What protocol follows if my order is defective?
Should you receive a defective product (excluding any physical damage to your package), kindly capture the defect in a photo or a video and reach out to us through email at hello@wulfsnacks.com or our Instagram @wulfsnacks within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include details and visuals related to the product defect in your email. If we haven’t responded in 4-5 business days, don’t hesitate to direct message us on Instagram to grab our attention!
What if an item from my order is missing?
In case of an incomplete delivery, please notify us within 48 hours. Capture a picture of all received items along with the packaging and email us or send a direct message on Instagram along with your name and order number. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly.
